Super clean and cute Queen Room! The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a comfy Murphy bed. The fitness center was great. Loved the rooftop vibe. Plus, there’s nice decor with vintage OSU pics. Staff was friendly and the parking garage was super convenient.

the only downside was that it took a bit to figure out the parking garage (just seemed tight). the murphy bed was awesome (turns into a couch! ), and everything was super clean! the espresso machine was a nice touch, too!

I enjoyed my stay at The Urban. The location is fantastic, just one block from the north end of OSU campus. The room was surprisingly comfortable with a large screen TV and a microwave, which was convenient. The built-in closet and extra drawers provided ample storage. I appreciated the huge windows and blinds that offered a nice view of the park. However, the setup felt a bit odd since it doubles as student housing and a hotel. There weren’t any kitchenware or coffee mugs, which made morning routines tricky. Also, I didn’t realize the bed was a Murphy bed until I arrived. On the downside, finding the parking garage wasn’t straightforward, and I dealt with some tech issues with the TV. The lack of orientation for hotel guests left me a bit confused about available resources. Still, it was a comfortable stay overall.

Some common area seating could be more comfortable.
